1. Eligibility and Mandatory Verifications
- Age Verification: All users must verify their age at account creation. Users under the legal age are prohibited from participation.
- ID Verification: Required only for withdrawals exceeding R1,000.
- Bank Account Verification: Required only for withdrawals exceeding R5,000 via EFT.
- Mandatory T&C Acceptance: All users must accept ZenLuck’s Terms & Conditions before playing.

- Full Name: For identity verification and prize processing.
- Phone Number: For notifications and cash prize transfers.
- ID Verification Details: Only for withdrawals over R1,000.
- Bank Account Details: Only for withdrawals over R5,000 via EFT.
- Age Verification Data: Collected at registration.
- Game Activity Data: Entries, rounds played, prizes won, and interactions.
3. Purpose of Data Collection
- Eligibility verification for age and identity compliance.
- Prize distribution securely via cash send or EFT.
- Prize pool transparency: total prize pool and winners’ names (with consent).
- Game integrity and fraud prevention.
- Support and appeals handling.
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
Personal data is not shared except as strictly required for prize withdrawals:
- Banks (e.g., FNB, Capitec, Absa) for payment processing only.
No data is sold, traded, or distributed for marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention
- Personal data for verification or withdrawals is stored only for one week after verification.
- Game activity may be retained for operational purposes but is never shared externally.
6. Prize Pool Transparency
- Total Weekly Prize Pool: Total cash available to win.
- Winners: Names displayed only with user consent.
- Contributions: Users do not fund the pool; losses return to the pool.
Outcomes are server-determined to ensure fairness.
7. User Rights
- Access: Request details of data held.
- Correction: Request corrections of inaccurate data.

- Withdrawal of consent: Users may withdraw consent where legally permitted.

In case of a data breach, ZenLuck will notify affected users promptly, notify authorities as required, and take immediate action to mitigate the breach.

ZenLuck is not intended for users under the legal age. Age verification is mandatory; underage users are prohibited from participation.
11. Transparency and Compliance
ZenLuck operates fully transparently regarding game mechanics, prize pool, and data handling. All operations comply with South African law, POPIA, and Google Play policies.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Updates will be posted in the App with a new effective date. Material changes will be notified via in-app messages or email.
